Washer/Dryer Set-up

have only seen pics of the inside set-up so can someone help with what type of washer/dryer can I hook-up inside the trailer(Raptor Series)?? Are y'all using a stackable or 2 separate units like the house?? Also, is the dryer connection a 120v or can I use a 220v house dryer?? If the dryer is a 120v where did you find the selection for this?? Thanks for the help and replies in advance

RV laundry stuff is always 120VAC. Stacked or combo is somewhat up to the indiciduals preference.

Splendide in either the all in 1 or stackable units. Whirlpool also has a 110v dryer.

Fixed it for you, our dryer is a 240 volt unit. Not common but it is done on some units. It does mean we either have to be on a 50 amp RV hookup or run the generator.

did your outlet/plug come oem as a 240v or did u change it out?? all the units here come 120 but I sure would like it 240v so I could use a full size dryer.... granted I have not seen all that is avail in the 120v line-up but I have not heard good things from those who have the 120v size dryers, mostly they say they are double the price and don't do that great a job as their full size brothers???

If you purchase a Splendide, (which we have, and are happy with) make sure you buy a VENTED model, NOT the non-vented version! The non-vented version take forever to dry, and uses LOTS of fresh water to condense the water out of the moist air . . .

dryer looks good but 1k for a washer?? gonna have to pass on that, not that they are any more pricey than the others, that's just way too much when a full size(which is the issue for some) only runs 300 for 4x the capacity?? there ALWAYS seems to be a "catch" when dealing with this industry..... looks like it is between a splendide or a whirlpool
