Mike:

Sounds like you've got a "Circle of Life" experiment going on there...only thing missing is the veggie garden, which, if I was a bettin' man, you probably have one of those also, ey? (Gotta keep the kiddies fed!).

Better look at the other thread FatDog's Four' Pet before Tom has nightmares tonight after watching his thread!

Ding-dong!

Tom, have a great trip. We'll be looking forward to getting a complete description upon your return!

By the way, it was the King's stick. I don't have the schooling to attempt such a feat. (Yech!)

Tom, I live in Grapevine, TX. They have plenty of campsites for large trailers. That is where I saw my first toyhauler about 5 years ago. I had just finished setting up the pop-up I had then and a duelly pulling a 3 axle 5er pulls in across the road from me. We saw a guy open the back end of it and we thought "What the help is that?" He walks up the ramp then we hear varoom-varoom and he backs down a Harley Sportster, walks back up the ramp and backs down a 4- wheeler then another 4-wheeler, then two dirt bikes. Been to three county fairs and four pig races and I ain't never seen nothing like that. I half expected him to go up the ramp one more time and bring out an ultra-light plane.
As far as the Boomer thing goes, we would love to meet yall up there sometime or some place we have never been for that matter. I don't know how it works at other Ok. camp grounds but Murray is first come first served, no reservations.
If you have never been there, Murray is a beautiful lake.
Enjoy your trip!!!

Larry

Larry, thats a great post. We were the same, first saw a TH at an rv show. Did a walk around and thought hmmm, but was'nt really impressed. Then like you, we're campin and up pulls one the ramp comes down and stuff comes out. We thought the guy might be Copperfield and we were waiting for the next rabbit out of the hat.
Thats when I told the higher authority "Thats cool"

Thanks for the info Larry. We'll see what the OK boomers want to do. I got an answer back from the ranger down there also. The thread for all this is on the South Central region forum in case you want to follow along.
