Wheel Chock Installation

Have a Grand Design Momentum 376TH. Want to install a Condor Pit stop 1500 wheel chock for motorcycle. It requires 4 bolts to secure it to the garage floor. Not sure how deep I can drill holes for fear of hitting tanks, wires, plumbing.

Anyone done this or have suggestions? Thanks in advance.

There are no tanks or plumbing under the garage in that trailer. There are folks over on the Grand Design owners forum that have mounted that and other chocks that might be of assistance if no one here reply's.

I've used 1500 without bolting it down with great results, the condor to hold it upright and tie downs to hold the bike in place,

Do you tie off the Condor so it can't slide side to side? Maybe between the weight on it and the rubber feet it isn't necessary?

I think I probably relied to your Facebook question about this an hour or so ago. I didn't see that you have the 376, so probably no worries about hitting something under the garage.

I set my Condor chock on the floor where. Want it, ride my Goldwing into it and strap the bike down. No issues. Doing it again Saturday.

You don’t anchor the chock to the floor? I have the Condor trailer only in my utility trailer bolted to the floor. I’m looking at something for small toy hauler, but I’d rather not bolt anything into Thor. I see condor has one with outriggers that might work.
