I started and finished my inverter install today a PRO Series 1800 by Xantrex with a built in auto transfer switch, I tied my coach receptacles, TV's, ice maker and microwave into the inverter and it could not have been easier to do, I ran the micro for 7 minutes and no problems.
I did a lot searching and reading of posts by others and WWFan's was a big help here and Racorman's over at the other forum was too. I still cannot believe how easy it was to do I was a little nervous at first, but after I started I thought different about it and the hardest part and most frustrating was I kept losing my reading glasses, thanks WWFan.

JR:

Actually, most of the credit should go to Howie (56Nomad)...I think he's the first to EVER put an inverter in a ARRRRRRR...VEEEEEEE (Clark! ). Seriously, it was Howie that got me all edge-a-mu-cated on the inverter subject...I just followed the directions.

Glad to hear it worked out for ya!!
