I think that since WWFan hasn't been on in a while he has suffered a corporate burn down, ie too much corporate partying. Goes with the territory. Like OK, somebody has to do it and WWFans number is up. Life's a beach.

Sorry, I just couldn't resist it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time that I have to go to Mpls its the same old deal, party, drink, party, go home!

Crawl home and recuperate.

WELL SAID !!

at least Sean always posts on-topic to what the thread is about,
that is unless of course he is on-line and has a keyboard in front of him

now perhaps we should consider helping an amigo out, afterall if he's lost - he's lost,
i say we rent a St. Bernard dog, the one that has one of those filled casks tied around his neck, and mush the pooch out there to find the wayward corporate traveller.

Sean, if you can read this, help is on the way

Yep, send the dogs! He probably needs all the help he can get. For god's sake, stay away from the airplanes, especially the East to West coast flights.

AAhhh...I lay off for a night, and all of sudden everyone thinks I'm DRUNK? Well, I say, heck 'YA!!! You guys must be pyshic (sp?) or sumpthin...Boy..and what a night it was...

Started with a friendly little party at the local divebar for one of the gal's (at the corp office) birthday, so there was 5 beers loaded and cokked. I opened my big mouth and THOUGHT I invited 3 people to dinner, but I was sadly mistaken- 7 showed up (you know...friends have LOTS of friends when they know an expense account is about to be used- I guess I outta consider myself, and my expense report, lucky). Of course, the place we went to eat had a 1hr 15min wait (abolutely packed), so guess what we did during the wait? (All of this is after a lunch where I ate 1/2 a sandwich- I wish I would've eaten one of those 3" thick sponges you wash your cash with- maybe chase it with a shammy).

To keep a long story short, $420 later, I got back to the hotel I think somewhere around 1:30am this morning. How the heck I got up this am and did a 7hr trip to Boston, Newport RI, and then back to Windsor is beyond me (maybe the Advil helped).

[I don't know what it is about yackin' with you guys, but I just thirsty, so I opened a LaBala De Plata- cheers! ]

I'm hearin' some jawbones clackin' about FatDog getting his rig...anyone heard from him? How close is he to a 'puter? Are we gonna have some good 'ole razzin to do tonight? This would be a good time- I got hooked up to the $11.95/day high speed in the hotel room, so I've got 11hrs 45 mins to really get this party goin'?

Whadayasay?

WWFan

Man I love it when a plan comes together.

Something just told me that was what was happening. When you fessed up I couldn't believe it, think I would have denied any and all possibilities. Keep up the good work.(???)

It's just I've got that darn "honest is the best policy" thing stuck in my head and can't get it out...

Soooo....I'm staying in the room tonight and drinking alone! [Dang! Did it again!]

It'll be nice when this trip is over.

Yep, its always good to get back home and dry out. Course its nice to not have to ice down the sink or bathtub or keep making trips down the hall carrying that little bucket, just go to the frig!

Tom:

Have you got a webcam in MY room? Howdidchaknow I've carted 20 lbs of ice via the bucket to keep my little brewskis comfy?

By the way...it is the sink...if I had my usual group of DMs (District Mgrs) and other assorted drinkin' buddies, it would've taken the BT...
Oppppsss..opened another one!

I learned long time ago how to brush my teeth under the tub spigot...

Mann...you really need to get out here...we've got alot to yack about! I bet you have more secrets than I do!

I'm not really sure if I can type or not....couldn't anyway but what the heck, I've been laughing, crying, just about everything over reading this. Its almost the funniest thing I've ever read! Sean, I have a feeling that you and I have almost been duplicated in some ways. What a riot! I'd give almost anything to get together and tell lies, what a night that would be. Probably take at least a week to recover!!!

Tom:

Know the feelin' and Mike- thank's buddy...dittos from this side of the fun. I've learned here that a little fun can go a long way, and a LOT of fun can darn near make ya fall of the edge! Can't tell you how many times I've gone to bed with sore cheeks from laughing so hard (especially with YOUR posts!).

BTW...just to update everyone- last night I behaved myself (ran outta beer). Nuttin like 'forced' behavior...

Sean

BTW...an update...

Sink empty, traversed to only needing ice in the bucket...

You just don't know how hard it is to drink in a state where the package stores close @ 8pm...

But I'm learnin!!
