12 Volt problem

All the lights work in trailer but can't get the water heater, furnace or refrigerator to work. All fuses are good at fuse panel. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated

Welcome to iRV2.

Have to ask if the propane is properly turned on ?
Does the fridge work on 120 volt power just not on gas ?
Could you add a lot more info on your RV, all we know right now is it's a trailer .
New problem or a new to you RV ?

Well in addition to 12V all of those items also have LPG - is it turned on?

The refer uses 12V in it's control board - even on 120V
Water Heater - should have a light on the switch and you will hear the clicking of the HV sparker - but without gas there will be no hot water
Furnace - 12V control board and fan power - even without LPG.

You say the fuses are all good - did you check them with a meter or just eyeball them.

You could also have a loose wire inside the distribution/fuse box

Have you tried to light the stove. This will make sure you have propane flowing to the area.

This is my trailer, and my dad is helping me out. Replaced the gas valve after low pressure was found. The range fires right up. Checked the fuse panel, and have 12v power through all the fuses. The pump runs with the switch, but none of the level indicator lights work on the box that shows battery level, gray water, fresh
water, etc. The fan works on the furnace works, but the 12v ignition isn't firing. The fridge indicator lights at the top don't show power at all ( auto/gas, error). The trailer is plugged in, the converter is charging the battery, and all 120v outlets are working. Lastly, the small 12v ignition module on the water heater is also not getting power. Super frustrating. 1993 Kit Companion. 24'

Sounds like a mouse ate some wires. You need to chase down each circuit till you find where the voltage is lost.

I have never had mice in the trailer. With that said, there are 4 different 12v items that aren't working, each on their own circuit. I could see one of the appliances not working because of mice, or something similar. But not all of them. Also, a month ago when I opened it up after the winter, all of these things worked perfectly.

Measure the 12 VDC at the connections to those devices and see if it is there. If not then trace the wires back to the fuses. It's a PITA but that is the game. Follow the old wires or put new one's in.

Just wondering how you came to the conclusion that a mouse ate some wires

It's a common issue , rodent damage to RV wiring .

It is not a conclusion, but rather a suggestion. Since he has voltage issues with multiple items, there is perhaps a common denominator. My next conclusion/suggestion is to check if all those circuits use a common ground and the issue is at that point.

I have heard of problems with the HV igniters due to low voltage.

The furnace could be a sail switch issue - even though the fan is running it may not have enough airflow to open the sail switch - the sail switch is what activates the gas valve and ignition system.

Refer - the control board does just that - the fact that it is totally dead may indicate that it is bad.

We should also not eliminate a power surge or even a bad converter and these appliances are the most sensitive to voltages.

Just a thought.

The little 12v igniter on the water heater isn't functioning either. They all worked 30 days ago. Still trying isolate each appliance and see what has voltage and what doesn't. The fridge seems to have voltage to the control board.
