1972 Avenger

I just bought a 1972 Avenger. It is quite beat up and needs a lot of work. Does anyone know anything about these campers? I cannot even find out who made them.

The roof leaks, so that is first priority. Just looking for information on the manufacturer to help aide in the rebuild.

Avenger was manufactured by Holiday Rambler. It was a lower/midlevel rv. We owned one for about 9 years. Holiday Rambler merged with Monaco and went out of business about 2 years ago. They were wood construction with paperboard interior. We enjoyed our unit very much. You will do all repairs by the seat of your pants. We did have a hidden water leak in our unit that was repair and looked excellent when we traded around 1980.
