1990 Lynx

There might be a discussion on this, but doing searches I get frustrated. We have a 1990 Lynx TT. For 14 years it has been in a shop the majority of the time. It is in excellent condition. However, it being the age it is, it is not a year round model. We installed a roof AC. Now, we will install some skirting for the winter. We are in SE Washington State. Since May my husband and I have started living in it, close to my work. My question is about the roof. We cleaned the mulberry crop off the top and the roof appears to be in good shape. But, should we apply something before this winter sets in? We had a couple good rains, no leaks. But, also, we had some very hot days. 100+ for days and days.
My, druther, would be to trade it for a model that we have a made down bed and holding tanks would be heated. I would rather not take on another payment at this time.

You should check all of the seam for cracks and seal as needed, and clean the with roof cleaner (best roof) cleans and seals. you can also use borax and dawn washing detergent to clean the roof. The Rubber roof should last 30 years if its looked after.
