A very good friend of mine has been trying to find out where the inverter is on his travel trailer - he suspects it needs to be replaced as he keeps frying batteries. I haven't had an opportunity to help him look, so I figured I would throw out a topic and ask for help.

Do you mean converter, 110 VAC to 12 VDC. Inverter, 12 VDC to 110 VAC. Anyway, most converters that I know of are under the fridge or in the battery compartment. Look for the breaker box or fuse panel behind a single or double door. Might be installed behind the panel. Good luck.

Mine, on a Coachmen TT with rear living, is in the built in table between the two swiviel rockers at the back. Hope this helps.
