2002 Outback 26RS

I got a good deal on this camper its a one owner but hasn't been moved off the mini storage lot for six years.
The awning needs replacing and sewer vent covers and a lot of other plastic exterior items are very brittle also all of which can be replace easily enough.
It cleaned up suprisingly good, it had a leak around the skylight that dripped into the bathtub so I don't think it was too bad.
The tires showed no signs of dry rot but I'm worried about them what do y'all think should I replace them? Also they are 14" should I try to go up to 15" just seems 14" is to small.
Also what is the material that the nose is made of, it feels like some type of rubber you can flex it with your hand, doesn't feel like fiberglass like it does on the sides, kindof worried that it is something caused by delaminating?
Sorry for all the questions but new to all this and the family and I will be going from Memphis Tn too grand canyon and up to yellowstone
Any advice would be appreciated.

What is the age on the tires? Sounds like the thing set out in the sun and elements for a while.
Any picture of the front cap?

From what I've found out it doesn't have a delaminating problem. I didn't know that the front cap material is supposed to be flexible . I found that on a outback owners forum.

It's soft fiberglass skin, not a hard, molded piece. Kinda normal.

Yes on the new tires, including the spare. As far as going with 15" vs the 14", depends on the load ratings and the axle capacity, also the availability of the correct 14" tires. The pictures look great. here's wishing you many years of great trips and enjoyable times.
