2003 R VISION TRAVEL CRUSIER. Leaking in front compartment

I have a 2003 trail crusier (QBH) by R Vision that i purchased this year back in july. Everything was find and dandy until I looked in the front compartment. The back of the lower front fiberglass has a brown paper on it, i though it was just condensation but as i pay attention more I am thinking there is some kind of leak....the moisture seems to be comming from the bottom up and not from thr roof down. at least the brown paper just shows moisture coming from the bottom. I am not sure if it's leaking from somewhere else or not. everything else looks good and i have not found any soft spots so far. Anyone out there have this problem? Advice would be greatly appreiciated. AND the dealership said they fixed it but.....$900 later it is not and they are not willing to do anything.

Is the fresh water tank located under the front compartment and what are you storing in the compartment? I have found that on very hot days the the front compartment on our bullet gets wet under that plastic table that were store in it. Only happens when the tank has water in it. I a believe that it being cause but the condensation due to the hot air and cold tank and no air flow. Hope this helps.

I had a similar problem on my Funfinder. Was getting moisture on the floor of the forward storage compartment. I searched for half a day before I finally found the problem. I removed the bracket that holds the lower end of the awning arm to the trailer and found a small ( less than 1/2 inch) gap in the sealant on the bottom trim. Sealed it up and reassembled everything. That was about three months ago and hasn't leaked since. Water intrusion problems can sometimes be hard to find.
