2005 Keystone Hornet 21RSLS

I recently purchased a Keystone Hornet reposession from a bank. It has been in storage for 2 years and needs some TLC to make it roadworthy. If any of you have been in my situation and done this please advise me as to what you did. All the appliances and a/c and heat work. I plan on cleaning it and checking all the mechanical and electrical parts thoroughly. It has the original tires and I think I need to coat the rubber roof, but I don't have the knowledge yet to do this correctly. Any ideas or helpful information would be greatly appreciated.
