It all depends on where it was made. As I recall the Pioneer was an entry level TT meaning low cost and probably not the best construction. With Fleetwood it was hard to tell as they had so many sister lines with the same floorplans. Since they went out of business you will need to find a good repair shop if it needs service.

No matter what, you need to do a full inspection of the unit to judge that unit's level of quality and suitability for your use.
