We have a 2010 keystone bullet that we are in the process of selling. I showed the unit to a person interested about a week ago, we put the slide out and everything worked fine. After showing the unit I went to put the slide back in and it would not move. Ended up running it in manually with a drill and socket.
Went out this mlrning to begin looking at the issue and mashed the button to run the slide out and it began moving, went out a few inches and I stopped and reversed it and brought it back in and it did so. Tried moving it out again and nothing either direction.
Checked the voltage to the motor and it appears to have 12 volts to it, read in the manual that the unit need a full charge so I took the battery off this afternoon and charged it completely off of the tt and nothing.
Anyone else had this issue, any and all help would be appreciated.
we have never had an issue with it as long as we have had it and it has been used very little, I want to fix it properly before the buyer comes to get it week after next but I do not just want to start throwing parts at it.
Thanks, David
