Question 2011 Hornet

Hi all ,

I am looking at a 2011 Hornet trailer with two slides and it is a rear kitchen. Does anyone have anything to say about them either pro or con, Thanks

These are pretty much standard entry level RVs. Check it over good for roof and window leaks and soft spots in the floors. Check for cracks in the siding and any structural welds you can see around the hitch. If is has been used with a goose neck adapter, I'd pass on the trailer.

I always wanted a rear kitchen model until I saw how my rear bath model bounced the shampoo bottle over a 6" cabinet shelf. The rear of most trailers really will throw things around. Even with mor-ryde suspension.

I would make sure you can zip tie the doors shut and be very very careful when you open them after towing.

Keystone is a cheap trailer. About the cheapest built I've seen.

Hi All,

Thanks for the reply's! As for bounce & rear Kitchen info that is good to know, however I am having the dealer bring it to a spot, and it will be lived in for a short time, not used for travel!
