2013 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2104s

My wife and I are seriously considering purchasing a 2013 Rockwood Mini Lite 2104s 21 foot travel trailer camper which was used very little (looks new). For those of you who have or had this camper, what do you think? Would appreciate any feed back good or unpleasant.

If it has set a lot, it has not been maintained. If it's been outside, definitely look on the roof, feel for rot and for rats.

I wouldn't expect to see rot/rats in a 2013, but I would do a complete mock set up with the unit and test all the systems. And a thorough visual check for leaks/damage. I have a 2013 Forest River Vibe and I've been pleased with it, but even though I purchased it new, I did have some items I had to address.

That's a really nice tt. We are looking for our first tt, and that's one of the ones we have narrowed down to. I really like the woodwork in the Mini Lites. Nice cabinets. We are towing with a Honda Ridgeline, so weight is a factor.

We are also looking at the Koala RV21 cs and the Shadow Cruiser 195 wbs (we think a sofa/table would be better for us). What else did you look at?

We just purchased a 2008 mini lite 1809 and have been very pleased with it so far. Our Xterra pulls it without any issues and it has enough room in the length I was looking for, for the wife and I, and the dog. The guy we purchased it from towed it with his Ridgeline and also commented on how well it towed the trailer.

We have a 2014 Rockwood Mini-Lite 2109S same TT little different floor plan. We love our Rockwood Mini-Lite friends of ours have the model 2104S and they love it too. Rockwood Mini-Lites are easy to tow and easy to maintain.Click image for larger version

Good to hear all the feedback. Very helpful to us as we try to find our way around all the options. Everything is a compromise (no matter what one can afford), this is going to be tough....but fun....
