20ft 1982 Komfort Lite sleeps how many?

I'm considering buying a 20ft 1982 Komfort Lite off of CraigsList. It's a bit of a drive to go see it, so I'm trying to get as much info as possible.

The current owners say it only has one bed, and nowhere for any others. But I have a hard time believing it only sleeps 2. They said there's a U shaped couch in one end, and that the couch folds into a bed. When up in couches, a small round table goes into the center. That's on the left when you walk in. Then on the right there's the kitchen and shelving and closet and bathroom. Pics they've sent are confusing.

So it possible it only sleeps 2? Any one else seen or have had a similar sounding trailer?

General rule (for motorhomes) is "Carries 8 passengers, can handle dinner for four, sleeps 2."

I had an 86 Komfort 20LB and it had two bunks on the rear curbside, and the entire front dinette area makes into a double and a twin bed. The most we ever had in ours was 5. There was also a 21L that had a perm bed in the rear and I think it had a dinette with a bunk overhead -sleeping 4. I really liked that unit - hung on to it until 1998. BTW there were not many options for these units - including awnings and AC units- however a box type awning and a small AC unit could be added (the wiring was there)
