Well, I think I see the problem right there. Look, expectations and reality are too often at odds with each other. "Perfectly level" has never been a goal for me, but getting the bubble on the level that I use on the floor of my freezer between the two lines to get the fridge level has been, and that has got to be Good Enough.
If the fridge is happy, then the cold beer inside is happy, and therefore I am happy

I needed one more board but did not have one. I used the stabilizer jacks to try to bring the trailer a bit more level. Once I did that the dead bolt no longer lined up and I could not lock the door. So for this trip the trailer was not exactly level as I let the side back down so I could lock the door.
Next time I will bring one more board.
Carry a small shovel with you. You can always go down a couple of inches.
