I just looked up Tugaloo. It looks nice. Was it an easy tow? May have to check it out. I like the idea of cable hookups. That's one thing missing at the state parks around Allatoona.
It's an easy tow up I-85 to the Lavonia exit. Then it's 2 lane country roads for about 5 miles but easy towing. Watch out for the speed hump as you enter the park. It will sneak up on you. The sites are spread out and the premium sites are all located directly on the water. Beautiful place and the cable works well.

I could swear Redtop Mnt has cable.
Maybe only the 40ft pull-throughs and not the backins...

I highly recommend it. Retired October 1 1999 from Texas Utilities Electric after 33 years.

I just retired last October. I'm still getting use to being retired but I'm catching on quickly. I spent 35 years in Law Enforcement. Mostly Criminal Investigations in Metro Atlanta. Times are changing and I think I like camping better.

Just placed an order for a 2017 Minnie 2401RG. I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks, but I'm planning on 8 weeks. This will be my first RV. I'm looking forward to seeing the country.

Welcome to the forum! Congratulations on the new trailer and I hope you enjoy it as much as we are enjoying our Minnie. The model you picked out is a real nice one!

Good choice on the new camper. What color did you order?

I ordered the Champagne exterior with the Mocha interior. It seemed like a color combination that I could live with. I liked the blue exterior, but I was afraid that I'd tire of it fast.

We also went with the Champagne exterior. We're very happy with the color selection and it looks really sharp with the black trim.

Blue Minnie

I have a 2015 2101ds in BLUE. My wife had to have the blue. I must say that we've received compliments on the color everywhere we've camped.
I just cared about it being a Winnebago. You will enjoy the quality and the engineering that goes with owning a Minnie.

I think if the Champagne exterior had been available when we ordered our Minnie we would have gone with it. DW wasn't thrilled with either red, yellow or green, so we ended up with white, which is fine with me but the Champagne wouldn't show light dirt as much.
