The rain is coming in at the top and running down the side to the floor. Check your top seals outside and make sure there isn't something stuck in them. There are two seals so look at both of them. They should both wick to the outside when the slide is out. We had a pencil sized tree branch stuck in ours between the seals and it poured into the trailer. If we hadn't been there it would have been quite a mess.

We added a piece of foam across the inside top edge to seal it, in ours if you looked at it the top of the hole the slide goes thru left a gap on top. The new foam sealed that gap. we also added a slide out awning (topper) to make sure nothing got in there again. A little expensive but better than having a flooded trailer.

tunafish, once again I forgot your name the type of trailer you have. Could you post some photos of the foam you are talking about and the topper?

2016 paper towelo rack

Nice Job Ken on the paper towel rack , I got away a bit easier since the 2016 Minnie moved the power outlet below the counter and they also went to a slim style lights through out the whole trailer that I really like, and LED from the factory. So did not need to move any lights and works well where I mounted it. Brushed nickel holder to match the other hardware in trailer. Only had trailer a few weeks , but so impressed at the quality.
Love reading about everyone's ideas for storage and mods , keep it up.

Greetings to all, special hello to Bigbird65. I don't post often but I do read posts often. Its good to see more owners of Winnebago towables, they are a fine product. On Thursday I'm trading in my 2014 2101DS for a 2016 2201DS. The wife and I love our 2014, unfortunately I cannot sleep on the bed. I have tried many fixes including a foam topper but nothing works, so I bit the bullet and decided to trade it in. Also traded in my 2014 F150 for a 2015 F250 so no worries about weight. I have a trip planned for Sept. 15, Phoenix is very hot and we are looking forward to going to the mountains to cool off.

I will try to be more active on the forum instead of just a lurker. I'm going to have to figure out how to post pics.

John

Tom, that is a nice installation on the paper towel holder. That is one of the handiest things to have in the Minnie.

John, welcome to the forum. Is the new Minnie going to be red like the 2014? Guess you will need to buy a new cover for it. Photos when you get it. Like TDI I want to know how the new bed is better. Since we put the thick foam topper on ours it couldn't be more comfortable. Could be a few inches longer but I make do with that just fine.

Guess I never heard of a 2015 Ford F-250 4X4 Screw

TDI- In the 2014 2101DS the bed has a crease in it because it folds to allow for use of a small love seat. The 2016 2201DS there is no love seat, the mattress is flat fulltime.

Bigbird65-Not sure if the cover will fit the new trailer. The color is grey, i'm not sure what the official name of the color Winnebago is using. Screw is short for Super Crew.

Looking good!
What is your hitch setup? Trailer and truck sit perfectly.

It's an EAZ-Lift WD hitch with 1000lb. bars. Can't wait to see the difference with a 3/4 ton truck.

It will feel the same without the WD as the F150 felt with it.

Remember...as you tow a trailer there are things that will loosen up with normal vibration of going down the road. The under sink connections are one place I check and tighten as needed.
