Any opinions on 2002 Fleetwood Dakota Terry?

My family is thinking of buying a 2002 Fleetwood Dakota Terry travel trailer. I can not seem to find much information on them on the web. Does anybody have any experience with this brand and model? We are upgrading, and this trailer is in great condition, and seems to be a great price, but I wonder if there are any reviews. Thanks so much for any help.

Hi Andrea...I have a 2007 Dakota 27 footer. You can see similar TT's on the Fleetwood website but not sure if Dakota is still on there. Might try to Google it. I haven't had any problems with mine and use it often. Don't forget the Dometic refrigerator recall fix. About the only thing I can complain about is the sharp corners on the medicine cabinet mirror but that's a minor observation and an easy fix. Hope you enjoy it!

Here is one I found on found on a RV Online 2001 Terry Dakota. If your looking at used hybrids you want to take a close look at the area where the bunk end's tenting materal attaches to the trailer, especially along the top. If it has a slide take a look to see if it butts up to the trailer wall nice and tight. See what the condition of the rubber or foam seal is. I use silicone spray on all my rubber seals about 5-6 times a year. It shows. After 5 seasons they still look brand new, if you didn't they will start to deteriorate after a few seasons.
