Attic roof vent

Was up on my roof this weekend cleaning and touching up some dicor and noticed there was a 6" round vent cover that sparked my interest knowing that it was not a plumbing vent .I did some research online and found out that it is an attic vent. The problem is ...is that its sealed and screwed down to the roof but the roof rubber and plywood was never cut out,its like thwy just faked it or just forgot to cut it out.Should I worry about this?My unit is an 2016 Dutchman aerolite 319bhss.

I really would take it back wherever you bought it. It's a 2016 that's this year so it's new got to be still under warranty. Make them fix that I'm not sure what the roof vent is for it could be for your bathroom it could be a kitchen vent I'm not sure. Did try to look your camper up I see it's a large model but no real pics for the roof. I wouldn't mess around with it I'd make them fix it obviously somebody messed up somewhere. You may not have a fan where you're supposed to have. And that would be terrible if it's the bathroom fan. If anyone is anywhere near like me you need the fan. Or it could simply be event for in the living room to give you better
