Ok got it fixed...
After surfing all over the web and doing some serious reading. I found out between the sail switch and the blower motor is the issues with these heaters...
Well just to test the theory I grab the WD40 and gave the one end of the blow a shot of lube and retested. Guess what? the furance fired up. So that means the bearing in the blower motor are dry.
So I took the blower motor out of the furance... Which I might ad was a royal pain in the rear end. Being that combustion blower was rusted to the motor shaft and took quite a bit to free it. But once I got the motor out I cut me a piece of vinyl tubing (3/8") just long enough to cover the long shaft plus 1/2". The unscrew the tip of the grease gun and screwed the vinyl tube on then with a little bit of pressure pushing the vinyl tube against the motor I gave each bearing 1 pump of the grease gun. While I had it all apart I double check the sail switch operation, clean all blowers and ducts, and re-assembled.
Nice and quiet blower... Lots of heat!
I should of took my camera out there to take pics of everything and make a write up of it but... Rainy weather and waiting o just get it done...
