I have a broken spring on my carefree awning.
Considering changing out to the Pioneer crank out retrofit.

Any thoughts
Thanks

You might want to read my post in another iRV2.com thread regarding the Pioneer Upgrade Kit. Here's the link.

Frank,
Thanks for the information, I'm on it like a chicken on a junebug.
Just came in the house and saw your reply.

I had previously damaged the awning arm and have removed both to see what I need for repair. I am lucky, one inner arm and the new pioneer retro will have me up and running.
After reading your post and the website info I am positive this will work for me.
Thanks again.

Walter

You may download the installation, service manual for your awnings here: Aero-Rv.com - Aerolite Ultra Lite RV Travel Trailer and Expandable Hybrid Campers
click on "tents-awnings", then locate your brand awnings.
