Red face Awning Replacement needed

Help, after all these years we bought a 1999 Coleman/Fleetwood Sun Valley. We left the awning up (no instructions and dumb beginners). in a downpour it has ripped off and bent the poles. Where do we buy replacement awning, bag, poles etc.
thanks.

Go to the dealer and make sure you have the length of awning with you. If you can leave the old brackets and supports on the unit as there is not much to bolt to when installing. You can replace the old arms etc. with new but if you can get an exact fit it is better. I have replaced a few with neighbors and it is a two person job because you have to feed the new into the old track if it will work because of the length but not that hard to do.
good luck!

Don't feel bad. We had a bad thunderstorm come through the campground today. A couple with a very high end airstream parked next to us left their awning and an awning that shades their trailers windows on the left side of the trailer deployed. These were top of the line red fabric awnings that retract into a covered metal storage compartment. Anyone that's been to South Dakota in the summer knows you don't leave the campground with your awning deployed. Needless to say the 70+ mph winds tied those two pretty awnings in a torn and tattered knot. I almost cried at the sight of that mess. The owners had still not made it back to the campground when we packed up and came home.

Make sure you get the model number. Length will only get you so far.
But any dealer of Dometic or Carefree units can get parts, if they are available still.
