My K-Z Vision V23BHS has a propane quick-connect for a grill. Problem is it is after the regulator and runs a low-pressure propane flow. I want to use a Weber Q2000 that has a built-in regulator and requires a high-pressure flow.
I have heard of two solutions:
1. Bypass the trailer regulator for the quick-disconnect.
2. Mod the BBQ by removing the regulator and adding a quick-disconnect. Problem with this is I would want to use the BBQ with high-pressure flow sometimes as well.
This must be a common problem. I cannot imagine that everyone wants to use one of these sub-standard grills that are included with the unit.
Anyone have any better ideas?
Michael
