Bed arrangements

I am looking into getting a 26'-30' TT. I am trying to find out what bed arrangements are best for adults. I know there will be a king or queen for me and the wife but what about visitors? What if friends or family want to come sometime. We are not looking at bunks because we do not have kids. SO that leaves the dinette that converts to a bed. The pull down sofa and the tri fold sofa by what I have seen so far. Which of these are actually able to accommodate adults?
The TT's we are currently looking at are Keystone Cougar. And KZ Connect.

They can sleep wherever they want.... in their trailer parked in the next slot... We go to get away from it all and that includes some of the people as well. We have a small group that camps together most of the time and anyone else is welcome to come along as long as they have their own rig.

We have a bunk house (w/adult sized bunks) and now that our kids are gone it works great for our "couple" friends. They get their own area to put their stuff and a curtain for privacy. It works out great.

We are looking at new trailers now and realize the value of the bunk house for adults as the majority of non-bunk house trailers have sleeper sofas out in the living space that are not real mattresses and offer no privacy for your guests.

In our experience the other solutions like sleeper dinette, jack knife sofas are for little kids only. Not teens and older.

Bed arrangements

Thinking about the sleeping capacity of my 35' trailer. The Mfgr says 10. And I can comfortably sleep 6 adults.

Queen 2
Sleeper sofa with aerobed 1
Bunks 3

I could comfortably sleep additional 4 small kids
Dinette 2
4th bunk (trundle on floor) 1
Add kid to full-sized sleeper sofa 1

Wow. This just changed my plans. I guess I really never thought of those bunks for adults even though they are double beds. They just dont look built for what capacities that they say. Guess i will start over looking lol

Decide by laying in them. I am 5''11, 215#. The fit me fine. However, I have seen some that are short (kids) or are configured in a L shape which cuts down on usable space.

What sucks is they are spread out. You cant just go to a "keystone" Dealer. There is 2 here 1 100 mikes away. 2 70 miles away etc. I am now looking into the bunks. Thanks guys.

Do any of those bed options look like good adult options? I figured maybe add support to the dinette bed and it might be a good option.

I have a class c with a separate sleeping area for me and the wife although normally we sleep in separate areas, even at home. After 32 years of marriage we like to actually get some sleep.

If we have company we sleep in the bedroom, guests can easily sleep on the sofa, or dinette or over the cab. Problem is I like to get up in the middle of the night and watch tv or have a snack and I frequent the bathroom a lot.

No one would get any sleep.

I carry a nice tent and leave the camper open so guests can use the bathroom at night if they need to. Even my duaghter and husband will be sleeping in a tent when they visit us for a weekend late in October.

If my parents were to visit they would get the bedroom and we would sleep in the tent but they are the only exception.

Our friends and family stay in tents and use the trailer for cooking and bathrooms (if needed). There just isn't enough privacy for other options.
