Best Way To Clean !

Hello All

This is the roof of our new 2000 Sringdale, what is the best way to clean it ?
I know it should be recoated, but seems to be tight now ? But know it need to be done soon . as soon as funds permit.

I'm going to guess that its a rubber roof. If so , here is a link to some previous threads on how to clean them.

Doesn't look like it needs to be coated at all.
I wash with a soft brush, and a bucket of Tide w/bleach and rinse with a garden sprayer on a regular hose. No pressure washing.
