Best way to make TT bed DREAMY comfortable

How do I make my foam "mattress" into a pillow top type of bed? My small TT has a King sized space for a bed, but I cannot bring in an actual mattress. I have tried and didn't like a memory foam topper, egg carton foam, and my gf is allergic to down. Any toppers out there that are portable that really get the job done? Or combo of such?
Thanks!

Some mattresses come compressed. I bought one from Wayfair that expanded to 8" deep. It is a mattress, not a topper.

DW got this for our mattress. It doesn't feel like memory foam but rather like a very cushy mattress pad.

I like natural latex toppers. They are great in both cold and warm weather.

Tempur Pedic. Best mattress available but not cheap. You can cut to size if needed. Best one out there. We had a foam topper and it would get as hard as a brick in cold weather. Came from Costco 3" thick.
