Brand New Dometic Furnace Problem

Hello,
We just bought a brand new 2015 Winnebago Ultralite 30RESS. As I was waxing the trailer I noticed the furnace kick on. It was in the off position.
So I turned it on and then off and it still won't turn off. Then when it did, the blower would cycle on and off rapidly non-stop. I went and unplugged the trailer and dis-connected the battery to get it to stop. Waited awhile then plugged the trailer back in and the furnace fan started again and won't turn off. I know that its probably a warranty thing but would like to know if anyone has had this in the past. Like to have more info on this before I call service soon.

Thanks..

Dometic makes rooftop air conditioners and thermostats, I'm not familiar with any furnace products. Their website doesn't show any. You can pull the fuse for the furnace in your 12v fuse panel until you get service. If you disconnected the battery and then hooked up again, that often resets control boards in many RV appliances. Since it didn't work and you have a warranty, let the pros deal with it.

I have never heard of this before. You are sure it wasn't the water heater or fridge running on propane?

Yes. It's the Furnace. Whenever I plug the trailer in or hook up the battery the fan pulsates quickly and won't stop.

Thanks. Just bought the 30RESS and getting ready to use it for the first time in couple weeks. ( I hope.....) Can't take it to our purchasing dealer because they are 9 hrs away. There is a great Winni dealer about 30 minutes away so not too bad. Couldn't buy from them because they didn't have anymore 2015's..... Got a great deal. This is our first TT. We had a Winnebago Journey before..

So....... Yesterday I go out to the trailer and plug it back in and hook up the battery. Then getting ready to pull the 12v fuse if the furnace started up all by itself and it was silent. I go to turn it on and so far it has been operating perfectly. I have been testing yesterday and today and so far no problem.
What the heck just happened??....... If it was a bad stat, a bad ground or a bad circuit board I don't think it would operating...... Very confused... I will still monitor. probably won't cancel my service app. just yet because those are hard to come by.....

It's electrical just like a cars fuel pump dies you can bang the tank and get it going again could be a one time thing or last for months same for a bad starter you can hit it with a hammer and get it to go then try again and nothing
