We had put memoryfoam on our bed and liked it so we decided the same for the sofa bed and the bunks. For the bunks we measured and I we got either a queen or king memory foam mattress and cut it in half. Very comfortable.

Before I even used my brand new trailer I took that 4" mattress and threw it out and bought a 8" spa sensations matters topper from Walmart online and like it better than the bed in the house. I think I paid about $125 for it. I've used this brand before in a different camper and had to cut it down and I found that a fish filet knife cut it like butter but if you can buy ones that already fit they have a cover on them which is nice. Also it is really nice if regular sheets can fit your bed

I just bought a 6" one from Walmart.com that comes with a removable cover that can be washed. I think it was $65-70
