The main thing is rust on the steel frame. You cannot see any internal damage due to salt intrusion into walls and such. Check carefully for leaks. If it passes the leak test, when you get it home, give it a very through scrubbing and rinse, top and bottom. I would also invest in some Rustoleum paint and clean and pain all of the expsoed steel.
