Camping world online ordering

I ordered a shower head from camping world online 12 days ago and they have not shipped it yet. I noticed they charged my credit card twice for the transaction so I called customer service to get that straight. I was on hold for 35 minutes. Keep in mind the CEO of this company has a TV show telling other business's how to run their company. Maybe someone needs to show him how to run his. I called yesterday after a 45 minute hold and they said it was sitting there for 3 days waiting for UPS to pick up. What a joke. I won't be ordering from them again. Anyone else have experience ordering online from them?

Go to RV.net and post your problem on their site. It is monitored by CW and Good Sam. They will respond and help you out.

I ordered a couple of things from them and it took quite awhile to receive them. I do more shopping for rv stuff in Amazon.

I've ordered, parts online from CW, every year for the past 3 seasons that I spend in the south.
Delivery has never taken longer than the number of days listed on the order confirmation.
Even items , that were shipped direct from the manufacturer, were on or ahead of time.

Amazon here as well, got it all that week. Tweety's on the other hand...ordered on the 5th and still nothing. Card was got but nothing 11 days later. Called and was told it is on back order...if you don't have it tell a man!! Leave this weekend and not relying on Tweety's anytime soon.

Had heard good things about that place too. ????

We ordered a gift card online and after 2 weeks did not,show,up. I called and was told it took 4 to 6 weeks to process. I asked for a credit (they charged my card on ordering) and was told the credit would be in 3 to 4 days. No credit, called again no credit - 3 times promised no credit. I called Wells Fargo and they are contacting Them. Total idiots... Never never again.

I went on rv.net and logged my complaint and in less than an hour got a private message that it would be resolved.... We will see.

don't get me started on CW, They robbed me and treated me like dirt.

they also sold me 3 good sans memberships and hid them in my regular purchases. When I asked about it I was told I had to renew yet I still had my elite membership from buying the rv

what rotten business practices!

go Amazon!!!

or eBay when the price is right and you can wait over winter for the stuff

Camping world is a joke worst service all the way around to big a a company shop on eBay or Amazon same name brands

I posted on RV.net my issues and actually received a phone call on Sunday saying they would look into my issue, no credit but at least after 4 weeks they actually called me. I still will never do business with them "on line" ever again. Amazon for life...

Well, it's day 15 and I still have no idea when I will receive my shower head. On day 12 Ethan told me I would get a $10 credit for my inconvenience that I have not seen post to my account yet. On Day 15 they said I would they would credit my account $5 more dollars for my inconvenience and that it would ship in 7 to 10 days. Marcus Lemonis needs to care of his own business instead of trying to show other people how to run theirs.
