I haven't even taken delivery of my new trailer yet but I know this will be an issue whenever I dump. One of the gray water tank valves is located under the trailer (naturally) but it is below one of the slides. Either I grow 5' arms, crawl under on my belly, or pull in the slide each time I have to dump the tank. Only the last idea is doable, but I just know there is a better solution out there somewhere. Any ideas out there?

A few options include electric gate valve around $100 or a cable acuated gate valve, you can install the T handle any where you want. Can be bought in any of your bigger rv parts stores.

Usually you will have the gray water valve open when you are on hooked ups. Then you would open the valve before the slide comes out.Normally you should be able to go 4 to 5 days between dumps.

Thanks for letting me pick your brains. I think I'll look into the cable arrangement.

Look here at the 'Pull Handle Extension'. Perhaps a longer handle will solve the problem.
