Change awning placement

I would like to know if it is possible to move the awning or put a longer awning on a bullet premier 30RIPR.
I would like to buy this tt and the one thing that is holding me up is the door will not open past the awning the way it is shipped. I would like to move the mount forward 1ft so I could open and pin the door open
Anybody familiar with keystone or the mounting backing on this? Is it possible?

It seems to me that if you use the door with the awning out it sounds more like a poor design. The older awning hardware mounted to the lower frame rail and was often easy to move the small lower bracket. The new power awnings have longer rails mounted to the side of the TT and near the top. Because all of the awning wt is on these two mounting brackets it is important to have good backing behind it. That said with the newer construction methods there may or may not be any backing in your TT - and if there is - it is probably just barely behind those tracks.

Thanks for the response. That's exactly what I was thinking.
This is not the only tt I have seen like this. Looking for feedback from people that have the awning/door interference and is it a problem? Or not a big deal.
