Crossroads
I have sent a few emails to their service and info address and they never return my emails. anyone else have that issue? I have a few questions I would like answered but they seem to not want to respond. did they go out of business?

Crossroads is still in business. We are having warranty work done on our TT right now. I would suggest that you call them rather than email. You may get a faster reply. They are not alway quick to respond under any circumstance and you may have to leave voicemail. But just keep bugging them. You will get an answer.
