Hi
Have a plan to cut-out a wall & install a small window between the studs...

Anyone have any suggestions or procedures for this project..

Our bedroom has only one window & no roof vent ...Need a second window to get some air moving.

Got the idea from another fleetwood trailer simular to ours with above mentioned factory window.

Thanks

Plan where you want to make the cut and make a small test hole. Probe the wall cavity and if you find nothing in the way, cut to your hearts content. The scaliest part is making the cut in the first place on that shiny wall.

start on the inside , the walls are easier to fix then the outside skin.

If I were contemplating this venture, I would rent/use a high-end "stud finder" that locates electric wires, metal, etc inside the walls first. It may help guess closer the first cut.
