There must be at least a dozen wineries around each of the finger lakes so you will have no problems finding some. We only had a day to spend up there a few years ago and explored Keuka Lake. Wineries of note were Bully Hill, Barrington and Dr. Frank. There are some nice state parks for RV's there and the Finger Lakes Trail goes from west to east just below all 5 lakes. It's a very nice area to explore.

Depending on what direction you are either coming from or leaving the Cuyuga Wine Trail try and get to Letchworth State Park. It is due east of the Finger Lakes.
Letchworth is often referred to as the Grand Canyon the east with magnificent water falls and stunning scenery.

We were there last month and they had torrential rains just before we arrived. Some local roads from Keuka Lake to Watkins Glen had detours due to washouts.

The Bully Hill winery has a great restaurant. The road up is pretty steep, but we found a place to park the motorhome.

Watkins Glen municipal RV park, Clute Park, is only a mile or so from downtown. Not fancy, but it suited us.

Pleasant Valley Winery is a member of Harvest Hosts, and allows free camping on site Unique RV Overnight Stops with Harvest Hosts Very nice.

We stayed until closing time at the Glen Curtis Museum, and the guard was going to lock the gate and let us spend the night, but we escaped

If you have the time, the Corning Glass Museum is absolutely fabulous.

My bad. Letchworth State Park is WEST of the wine trail.
