Day/Night shades

We have a 2017 Alpine 3300GR. One of the “day” shades snapped up when we rolled it up and now won’t come down. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Can you elaborate? Provide a photo? Looking at brochure photos the only blinds I see are pleated shades. It sounds like the blind you are having an issue with are roller shades?

Two shades. One screen type and one solid white. Screen shade won’t roll out after “snapping “ up.

You won’t believe how I fixed mine that did the same thing. I had 4 do it. I pushed in on the center of the roller on the left and it would release and go up and down while holding the center in. I did the t multiple times and did some giggling and eventually they all started working again. In the meantime they will at least be useable.

I figured there was a fix and hoped I would find it here. Thanks so much for the reply. Happy RVing.
