Disconnecting the gas line to the refrigerator

Hello, I am new to TT and just purchased a 1990 HR Crown Imperial already located on a campsite. The previous owner removed the original refrigeration unit and in it's place, installed an electric unit. i wired in a new outlet and placed it in a proper location and insulated and boxed in area. now I want to get rid of the gas feed to the old unit. Does anyone know if the line tees and feeds from the stove or if there is a manifold that I can plug off for this line. The control knob can be hit inadvertently if I leave it where it is.
Does anyone know where I might find an owners manual or schematics ?
My family and I are looking forward to our new getaway and i want to get it safe and ready for Grandkids.
Thank you for any help !

No, sorry. Your RV is 24 years old. Holiday Rambler and most other RV manufacturers provide service such as replacing Owner's Guides and wiring diagrams and plumbing schematics for only a few years - 7 years in the case of Holiday Rambler.

But tracing gas lines should not require anything more than paying attention, and perhaps removing some panels or the covering of the bottom of the trailer box.

If your goal is simply to be able to use propane for the water heater and/or furnace, then cap the gas line where it used to screw into the reefer. The gas lines are plain ole black pipe, and the threads are plain ole tapered "pipe" threads (NPT) . Or if you want to get rid of the gas line near the reefer, then trace it back to a connection or wye or manifold and unscrew it, then screw in a short nipple with a cap on it. The gas lines are probably either 1/2" or 3/4" black pipe, so LPT nipples and caps are available at any decent hardware store.

Why remove the unused line? I'd buy a compression fitting cap, tighten it with two wrenches, test for leaks with soapy water and if none are found forget about it.

Putting a plug or cap on the end would be the easiest way and you would be safe in case the valve gets turned on accidently
