Dometic Fridge issues

My fridge in my 2001 Artic fox 22h has gone on the fritz. When I bought it about 2 months ago everything seemed to be working. My buddy towed it down to a RV park for me and when I arrived 3 days later the fridge was not working. There is power to the outlet the fridge is plugged into but no power to the display panel and no power to the fridge interior light. I replaced the fuses and still no luck. I checked the DC wires for loose connections and they seemed fine. So as a newbie I am scratching my head. Any advice? On a post from about 2010 someone had the same issue but I cant seem to find those threads again

David

It sounds like you are probably missing the 12VDC needed for the controls on your fridge. Do you have a meter to verify if the 12 volts is making it or not? Even on shore power I'm pretty sure the fridge needs 12VDC.

Youtube is your friend in a sit like this.

Yes, the fridge needs 12volt to operate--be sure the battery(s) are charged up. Have you checked the DC lines for power?
