What is wrong?
If it is dragging on the slide out then it is not an adjustment issue. It is a spring/roller end problem. If the fabric is simply loose, then the simplest is to remove it and simply wind one more wrap of fabric. Then reinstall it. Get a couple of large nails to use as keepers on each end if you remove it.
