DSI propane only water heater part 3

Fired up the Atwood and hot water this morning was there 20 minutes later. Left to do some running around but left the switch in DSI mode and returned 6 hours later and no hot water. So it is not re igniting after the water temperature drops as I suppose is supposed to happen right. So what is the problem? Advise please. There is plenty of propane by the way,

Was there a ignition fault? Was the red light by the switch on?

Inside and outside switch both on?

FWIW, on my last coach the inside wall rocker switch worked the opposite of the 12V.a light switches. It pushed down for on.

Good luck, Happy motoring

If it went through one complete cycle and then didn't reignite there should still be very warm water there several hours later.

When was the last time you used it. Winterized in between or ...
