DVD player

I have a new Creekside 20FQ. I can't get the dvd player to work. I have called 2 different dealerships. They are not much help. I turn the tv on, turn the stereo on, and insert dvd. I can hear the dvd playing through the speakers, but tv screen just says NO SIGNAL. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jeff.

The fact that audio is playing points to a video cable problem or TV not set to proper input. You'll have to access back of TV and DVD player and check that connections are correct. What TV make/model, and DVD make/model? Does the DVD play through a BOMB(box of many buttons) to select different inputs for the TV?

thanks for the response. Since I posted, I called another dealer. He had me select AV as the source, and it worked. I am sure I tried that last night, but maybe not. It is working now, and I am happy. Thanks, J
