Dyers RV- (never again)

I wanted to share a brief note about my experiences with Dyers RV out of Arizona so that no one has to make the same mistake I did.
They had a better price than Amazon so I ordered my RV blower, squirrel cage and fridge element from them.
My problems started with delivery... or lack of delivery. My address had been printed wrong and the package was undeliverable. I called UPS and told them I would pick it up at the hub. UPS told me that Dyers does not allow hub pickup and my package had to be returned , not delivered. I called Dyers and they confirmed... no delivery or change of address because that would cost “the Shipper” more money. I showed up at the UPS hub and they handed me my packages anyway.
The squirrel cage and motor were so poorly packaged that they rattled around in their box. The motor had rattled around so much that it had broken out of its box and was taped up back inside the box. The packing foam was up against the motor, getting in all the motor windings, since it was not even in a plastic bag. The motor has CLEARLY been previously installed somewhere before it arrived in my possession. There were intentions from the Allen head of another squirrel cage being attached and removed. My new motor had arrived locked up. I was unable to rotate the motor shaft with my hands but installed it anyway. Of course it did not work. I put my old motor back in since it still worked fine. So today I call them to get a replacement motor shipped to my house. They tell me that they are not going to “just ship me” a new motor but they are going to contact Coleman, the manufacturer and see what they say !?!
I ask when I was going to get my new part. She girl said “I just told you. I am going to call the manufacturer.” I told her she did not answer my question. She responded that she would not forget about me.
Surely this is not the first time Dyers has treated someone this way. I can’t believe they are still in business.
This is why so many people turn to the faceless giant that is Amazon.
If this had been Amazon, I would already have had a new part on the way.
I checked their yelp rating - 2.5 with nine reviews.
What do you think?

Ordered a wet bolt kit and More ride CRE3000 combo along with some outside speakers. They did not have the speakers on their suite but with the part number was able to get them. All arrived in one box packaged just fine in 3 days. No issues. I would order from them again. Your results may be different.

Never heard of them but I tend to order most things from the faceless giant. Anyone quoting a much cheaper price makes me a tad nervous.
