Hi Plasma800. We have an Everlite 35 REW and feel it is one of the best built TT on the market. I say this after having 4 other trailers, and going through the 'break in' or rather 'fix in' problems that are to be expected in an industry with very few regulations, even regarding safety. As Red Green used to say, you had better be handy if you are an RVer. As for the demise of Evergreen, it is largely believed by many experts that they expanded too quickly into many diverse lines, and consequently couldn't handle expected profit margins. Our rig is now 5 years old,and I often have campers ask if it is a new one. The outer gel coat is similar to high end motor homes, and there is absolutely no oder inside due to the composite materials used. That's a big plus when compared to our other trailers that delaminated, and began to smell because of leaks and water/ mildew build up. Anyway, we live on our unit, and I have to say it is providing us with service beyond our ( high) expectations. On to Vancouver.....

Good time to make a killer deal on an Evergreen product. 50% off MSRP would be ideal. Add a 2nd party warranty for the serious issues. I'm guessing that some dealers may still be hard to deal with since they may offer a 2nd party warranty to ty and keep the price above the price they paid for it. Might take a few months to be able to deal.

I bought a 2016 evergreen I go pro 235rb about 4 weeks ago. I paid 16900 out the door MSRP was 32890. I've been really happy with it and feel it was a great deal. I did have a few opportunities but all were easy and cheap fixes.

1. Kitchen faucet stopped up with poly tubing shavings - remove screen and blow out.
2. Top railing on shower doors wasn't secured with screw- add 2 screws.
3. Black water rinse hookup would not flow water - back flow preventer was installed backwards. 10 minute fix.
4. Check plumbing traps under sink to make sure no leaks. - hand tighten.

I would have rather have fixed these problems myself even if the warranty existed as it would have been worse to schedule an appointment. I also learned a lot about my tt. When I looked in the owners manual, there was 2 pages explaining everything the warranty excluded. If evergreen didn't build it, the warranty goes back to the original manufacturer of that product so I don't know how big of deal the warranty issue is. Love it so far. Went to silver springs campground which was beautiful in fl a few weeks back. Headed out to Anastasia island in St Augustine this weekend for a few days then off to Henderson SP in Destin in 3 weeks. Woohooo. Love camping.
