Hi Folks,
Experiment: I have just installed a 5.5 B&W TV/Monitor in our truck, and a 2.4GHz Wireless Camera in the rear window of our 5er. Have not been on the road with it yet, but trials in the yard seem to be "A" OK. Has anyone else tried this yet? Cost was less than $200.00. No pics yet, but intend to post soon.

I'll be watching for your updates on the camera idea. I have been comtemplating this for some time but never got a roundtuit. The obvious benefits are well worth the cost in my opinion.

I've been considering doing this same thing. I can see just fine on both sides, but several times, i've had a small car slip up tight where I couldn't see it.

Do you tune yout tv to a certain channel or does it have a receiver? Just wondering if you could possibly drive by someones house with it on, and if they are still on an antenna system, would they see what's behind your rig for a moment? Wouldn't that be a hoot!

I had in the past messed around with a B/W wireless baby monitor and it worked fine ,aside from no reverse image. There was a discussion on a retro fit gizmo to reverse the image in a prior thread.
