Exterior Maintenance?

We would like to keep our 2016 Spree Escape TT in good condition, so are looking for recommendations on exterior surface care. We plan to wash periodically and perhaps wax once or twice a year. So, do any of you have someplace do this for you? Or do you do it yourself? If so, what cleaning/waxing products do you recommend? Also, I see that Thetford produces a special lubricant for the rubber seals on the slides. Is this essentially the same as silicone spray?

We live in Southern California and because we use the trailer frequently year around we can't see the advantage of a cover.

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the RV community.
Check out a product line made by Aero Cosmetics. They make a variety of cleaning and protective products approved for use on aircraft. They offer a one step clean and "wax" approach. It sounds strange to someone like me who always used baby shampoo to wash my coach (really, I used baby shampoo) but this stuff really works. I'm sure you can find a video on Youtube. I've been using it for a year and I really like the results.

Here is our 2012 trailer. Stored outside year round never under a cover.

I use meguiar's gold wash and wax soap and do this about 4 or more times a year.

And for wax I use meguiar's boat wax twice a year on the front.

But normally for waxing again maybe 3 times a year because it's fast and easy. I have been using Lucas spray wax and seems to do very well. And it's safe for vinyl decals.
