I had planned to do the same remodel if we bought a AF before deciding to buy a ORV 24KTS. Now we plan to remove the dinette and replacing with two recliners. On the opposing wall we want the same table and stools you have. Your picture's were invaluable for the DW to visualize the finished! Nice job!

She is Finished! The love seat is much more comfortable than the jackknife couch.

Amazon. I needed one that was under 50” so we had plenty of room between it and the wall to get to the bed. The DW didn’t want to have to turn sideways. This fit perfectly. It’s built solid, good leather and foam. Very comfortable. Price was good too.

I agree but understand why they made ours the way it was. The dinette and couch provide locations for kids to sleep. It’s just my DW and I so we designed it to fit our needs. It’s perfect for the two of us.

Thanks for starting this thread. We have a tt floor plan that is similar to yours. Also looking for additional space and you have given us ideas on a remodel.
Bought an electric fireplace with heater from Costco and a futon bed from Ikea. We plan on cutting the existing table in half and attaching it to the wall where it will fold down. Plan on starting the remodel in a month or so.
