My trailer has a single axle. I buy 1 tire per year. One year, put new on spare rack. Next year, the new, and the year old that has not been used go on the ground, and the newest off ground turns into spare. So basically, each of my tires works for 2 years and rides for 1.

Some would say that 10K on Trailer King tires is 11K more than they are good for, and I am not sure that I totally disagree with that. I have seen many Trailer King's that were blown out at a lot less age and miles than yours. I don't trust any of the China bomb tires. I would definitely replace all 5 of them, I wouldn't take the risk.
